The guidance was very good! this process takes time and can be very complicated. I had no idea how to even get started and TSL simplified the process very nicely for me. I really appreciate everything they did! The process actually got stretched out and took a little longer than the one year deadline but that was no fault of TSL. The timeshare company dragged things out. I would say one thing for victims of these predators; pack some patience and don’t lose your cool!
