Timeshare Legal helped us get out from our $25K timeshare commitment with a major brand. The costs of the unit were overwhelming, between monthly mortgage payments and constantly increasing annual maintenance fees, plus booking fees. The staff at Timeshare Legal patiently walked us through the steps to properly exit and followed up with us regularly to make sure things were moving along. The process took a long time, but we no longer had to make any payments to the timeshare company during that time. And eventually we were totally released from the contract, with no balance due. Thank you Timeshare Legal!

For those of us that fell into the timeshare hoax and chaos making it one of the worst mistakes we have made and left us frustrated wanting out because it’s not what you thought it would be then, reaching out to Timeshare Legal is your best option! After reaching out to at least half a dozen companies that promised they could help me out for double if not triple the cost and gave me the run around I was blessed to have made the call to Timeshare Legal. From the very start the process was explained in a simple and non-complex manner. The care and compassion was priceless. We started the process in July 2025 and I sit here today gladly writing this review as we received our letter of cancellation. Today is also our wedding anniversary, so, the best gift we could have received. We were newlyweds when we entered into the timeshare and for years it was the cause of much frustration and financial burden in our marriage but, enough with the bad news and sticking to the good news. Timeshare Legal is REAL! And, yes they are very professional and friendly. It may sound too good to be true but it is true and very real. They will help you and walk you through every step! Thank you to the entire team and especially Bryan M. for always responding to my minor and major emails quickly.

At the start, I was told that the process would take time to complete, as much as three years. The timeshare was given a letter requesting closure of the ownership but did not respond. A second letter almost a year later did elicit a response. Unfortunately, the annual maintenance fee was paid during that period. The closure did happen and all-in-all, we are satisfied that Timeshare Legal did all that was necessary to make that happen. They fulfilled their promise and the resulting timeshare cancellation was all that we could ask for or expected.
